In his film, Ru researches the effects of video games. He says, "even though I'm a keen gamer, I realise that not everyone's experience of games has been positive. I wanted to explore issues of game addiction and violence. I wanted to get as many voices in the film as I could, so I talked to everyone I could find on the issue from vox pops to a formal online interview with a university teacher".
